Our large and lively family bar…this is where the fun happens! Our Barrel Bar is host to wide range of live entertainment shows, Kids Club, pantomimes and themed events throughout the year.

Tavern Bar
Our smaller, cosy Tavern Bar is open for food & drinks on weekends and during school holidays for those who prefer a quieter atmosphere.
You can also catch all the major sports games on one of our three 80” TV screens, or enjoy a peaceful drink in the sun on the small patio area. Adults and well-behaved children are welcome in our Tavern Bar
Here at Gateway we show all major sports events but we are madly passionate about Rugby…it’s in our genes! All games are shown live on our big screens, with the best atmosphere in town! The entire Bar will often erupt into a full chorus of Tom Jones ‘Delilah’ at match end!
All New LED TV Screens!
We now have the biggest pub LED TV screens in Wales! A 5m screen above the stage in our Barrel Bar and a 4m screen outside on our Sun Terrace. With Sky Sports, BT Sports and Premier Sports you’re guaranteed the best atmosphere in town for all the big matches!
On-Site Shop
Need a magazine or puzzle book to flick through whilst relaxing outside your caravan, or are you desperate for a cuppa only to find you’ve forgotten the teabags? Our on-site shop stocks all the essentials: tea & coffee, milk, bread, bacon, & wine! We also have a wide selection of every-day groceries, toiletries & daily newspapers, with a range of crisps, sweets & chocolates for your holiday treat days!
Come and browse our range of Welsh souvenir gifts, traditional sticks of rock & fudge, handmade greetings cards, and beautiful locally-crafted necklaces made from Gower sea-glass. There’s plenty of value toys for little ones to spend their holiday money…and of course it wouldn’t be a proper holiday without an ice-cream or two!

Pay for a swim on any weekday during term-time and receive the total cost back as a gift voucher to spend anywhere on site! Vouchers are valid for 7 days from the date of issue and can be spent in our Bars, Restaurants, Play Area or Shop on any term-time weekday. T&Cs apply.
Swimming Pool
Whether you’re looking to get fit, build water confidence or just have a fun splash about with the kids, take a dip in the balmy waters of our lovely indoor heated swimming pool! 1m in the shallow end and 1.2m in the deep end, with the average daily temperature around 31 degrees. There is also a small shallow pool for tots & toddlers. Separate Mens & Ladies changing rooms with showers & toilets inside. Please note for the safety of your children we have a 2 children to 1 adult ratio policy.
Please note for safety reasons all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in our pool (adults may sit on the poolside if children are aged 14 and over).
Pricing
£4 for Adults, £2.50 for children, under 1’s go free. We also offer discounted passes for 3 day, 1 week or 1 month unlimited entry if you are staying on site with us (ask at Reception on arrival).
Arcade
Their little faces will light up when they enter the bright lights and animated sounds of our Arcade! With a whole host of exciting new games, rides and machines, and a brand new prize redemption shop, where they can exchange tokens they’ve won for prizes! Full-size pool & air hockey tables (£1 deposit for pool cues).
Indoor Soft Play Area
Kids can’t get enough of our Soft Play Area with its mazes of soft tunnels, slides, steps, rollers, nets and other fun obstacles. With large soft play frames for the under 10’s and a newly revamped section for the under 3’s, they’ll have a whale of a time whatever their age! Mums & Dads can indulge in a range of snacks, meals, hot beverages or chilled soft drinks, whilst enjoying the view through our large glass windows into our swimming pool.
Pricing
Term-time Mon-Fri: £2.50 per child, £1.50 for under 2’s & under 1’s are free.
Term-time Sat & Sun: £3 per child, £2 for under 2’s & under 1’s are free.
School Holidays Daily: £3 per child, £2 for under 2’s & under 1’s are free
